Pelvic Health Physical Therapist

Evaluate patients at two embedded OB/GYN clinics, develop individualized care plans, and provide evidence-based pelvic health interventions. Document progress, coordinate care and discharge planning with physicians and clinical staff, and supervise physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation aides as required.
