Pelvic Physical Therapist I

Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for pelvic physical therapy. Provide therapeutic interventions, patient education, progress documentation, and discharge planning across two outpatient sites. Communicate with physicians and clinical staff and supervise assistants as required by licensure.
