Pelvic Physical Therapist II

Evaluate pelvic patients, develop individualized plans of care, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and education. Document evaluations and progress, communicate with physicians and care teams, coordinate treatment and discharge planning, and supervise assistants as required. The position serves patients at women‘s clinics in Shelby and Kings Mountain, North Carolina.
