What You'll Do

  • Lead and oversee a team of three pediatric hospitalists providing inpatient pediatric care
  • Manage newborn nursery care with NICU support from Pediatrix Neonatologists
  • Participate in 24/7 on-call coverage using a round-and-go model from home
  • Perform routine pediatric procedures, including circumcisions
  • Provide expert consultations to the Emergency Department for pediatric patients
  • Collaborate with Neonatologists and other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical research
  • Share best practices and exchange ideas within a large network of Pediatrix providers

What You Need

  • Valid Ohio medical license and board certification in Pediatrics
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in pediatric hospital medicine
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills
