What You'll Do

• Perform sterilization and decontamination of surgical instruments and equipment
• Assemble, wrap, and document instrument sets according to protocol
• Reprocess scopes and probes, including high-level disinfection (HLD)
• Maintain accurate equipment documentation
• Handle specialty instrument reprocessing for areas such as ENT, ophthalmology, neuro, and robotics
• Follow proper procedures for various scopes including bronchoscopes, colonoscopes, and EUS scopes
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards

What You Need

• Valid CBSPD or HSPA certification (pending licensure accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sterilization, decontamination, and instrument reprocessing
• Strong knowledge of high-level disinfection processes and scope reprocessing
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
