What You'll Do

• Decontaminate surgical instruments, scopes, and equipment
• Perform sterilization processes including sterilad and steam methods
• Handle high-level disinfection (HLD) and scope processing
• Maintain sterile storage and inventory control
• Act as OR liaison, facilitating communication and equipment needs
• Use Censitrac tracking system to monitor cases and equipment
• Move case carts, prepare case needs for upcoming surgeries
• Assist with OR calls and support daily surgical procedures

What You Need

• Certification: CBSPD or CRCST through HSPA (formerly IAHCSMM) preferred
• Experience in all areas of sterile processing including decontamination and sterilization
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work on a day 4x10-hour shift schedule
• Reside outside a 50-mile radius of Columbus, OH
