Primary Care Float Registered Nurse

Provides in-person and telephone nursing care to Kaiser Permanente health plan members and other patients, addressing acute and chronic needs through the nursing process. Delivers culturally sensitive patient education, supports population health and prevention efforts, collaborates with the care team, and uses clinical judgment and computerized information systems to promote quality care.
