Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) | 100% Outpatient | Chowchilla, CA

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to an adult and/or family patient population. This role emphasizes continuity of care, preventive medicine, and chronic disease management in a well-supported, patient-centered clinical setting.

• Provide comprehensive family medicine and primary care services for patients of all ages.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate ongoing patient care.
• Order, interpret, and review laboratory tests, imaging studies, and other diagnostics.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists and community support services.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with NPs, PAs, nurses, and support staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review activities.
• Engage in care team meetings, patient case discussions, and clinic huddles.
• Participate in rotational call coverage and telephone triage as required.

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of Family Medicine Residency training.
• Active California Medical License or eligibility to obtain.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification.
• Strong communication and patient-centered care skills.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
