Primary Care Physician | Port Richey, FL

A primary care practice in Port Richey, Florida, is seeking a full-time Physician to join its team. Position Offers

• Competitive pay: $200,000–$250,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care, including diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions
• Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease
• Perform annual wellness exams and preventive screenings
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results
• Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
• Coordinate referrals to specialists and follow-up care as needed
• Lead and collaborate with clinical staff and advanced practice providers to deliver high-quality patient care
• Document patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner in the electronic health record

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active, unrestricted Florida medical license
• Active DEA registration
• Experience in primary care, internal medicine, or urgent care preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
