We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician to join a patient-focused primary care practice. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive outpatient healthcare services, emphasizing preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and continuity of care in a collaborative clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, acute visits, and chronic disease management.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions affecting adult and family populations.
- Conduct annual wellness examinations and age-appropriate health screenings.
- Develop evidence-based treatment plans and interpret diagnostic results.
- Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed.
- Educate patients on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and wellness initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR).
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Eligible for or able to obtain an Oregon medical license.
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient relationship skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Location: Oregon
- Practice Setting: 100% Outpatient Primary Care
- Schedule: Monday-Friday with flexible hours between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
- Call Coverage: After-hours telephone call only; no in-person weekend call responsibilities
