Current PRN Opportunities

We are currently accepting applications for:

• RN Charge Nurse
• LPN Charge Nurse
• Certified Medication Aide (CMA)
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Available Shifts

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM7:00 AM

PRN team members work on an as-needed basis based on available shifts and staffing needs.

Compensation

• RN/LPN Charge Nurse: Starting at $26.00/hour
• CMA: Starting at $17.00/hour
• CNA: Starting at $16.00/hour

What You'll Do

Depending on your role and credentials, you'll work alongside our clinical team to provide quality, resident-centered care. Responsibilities may include:

• Provide hands-on care with dignity, compassion, and respect
• Support resident comfort, safety, and well-being
• Administer medications and treatments within the scope of your license or certification
• Observe residents and promptly communicate changes in condition or concerns
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely
• Collaborate with nurses, CNAs, CMAs, residents, families, and other members of the care team
• Respond promptly to resident needs
• Help maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive care environment

What We're Looking For

• Current Oklahoma RN or LPN license, or CMA or CNA certification, appropriate to the position
• Long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, or senior living experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependability and flexibility to support PRN staffing needs
• A compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
