Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production, scheduling & team productivity

• Ensure HACCP, USDA, quality & safety compliance

• Manage employee training, work assignments & performance

• Monitor yields, labor costs & production efficiency

• Support equipment effectiveness and process improvements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred

• Strong communication & leadership skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• ERP/manufacturing system experience preferred

• Union environment & conflict resolution experience is a plus
