Psych NP - Medical Group Russian Speaking

Join a top multispecialty practice in Monmouth County, NJ, with a strong focus on quality care. We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to work in our integrated primary care, neurology, and behavioral health practice.

Responsibilities

• Work in a facility that offers primary care, therapy, medication management, group sessions, TMS treatment, and cognitive assessments to provide comprehensive care.
• Serve a Russian-speaking population, requiring language proficiency.
• Benefit from hands-on training and mentorship, especially for new graduates, from our Chief of Behavioral Health.
• Manage a caseload of 12-15 patients per day for behavioral health once fully established.
• Participate in a 30-day orientation with an initial 1-hour per patient schedule, building up to expected volumes.
• Utilize the MediTab EMR system for patient management.
• Work a Mon-Fri schedule, 8:30-4:30 or 9-5, with opportunities to earn extra by taking telehealth visits from home on weekends.
• Engage in a practice with a significant focus on quality care, receiving weekly reports to outline services provided and quality initiatives such as referrals, wellness, and patient reviews.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
• Fluency in Russian is required.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Board eligibility/board certification is required.
• A valid NJ license is required at the start of employment.
