Oversee integration of behavioral health services across two affiliated health systems

Influence clinical program development and service-line strategy across all care settings

Lead design of new psychiatric emergency program and outpatient behavioral health center

Board-certified psychiatrist with fellowship in Child or Addiction Psychiatry required

Minimum 7 years of medical director experience at a large academic system preferred

Healthcare Administration degree preferred; strong leadership and collaboration skills essential
