Real Estate department's management model encompasses the entire real estate lifecycle, from space planning and transaction management to project management and site delivery across North and South America. As Real Estate Transaction Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the end-to-end leasing and transaction management process. Responsibilities include:

• Support formulating the real estate transaction & leasing strategy, aligning with the future needs of the Americas portfolio.
• Provide support in conducting strategic analysis, reporting, and forecasting for the real estate portfolio.
• Manage different stages of real estate activities.
• Develop and maintain programs, processes, dashboards, and key performance indicators.
• Oversee regional properties to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Prepare executive summaries and communications for senior leadership.
• Support the management of portfolio operating costs and capital expenditures.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in corporate real estate management and commercial transactions.
• Familiarity with lease negotiations, structures, typical clauses, and strong communication skills.
• Exceptional financial and analytical skills are required.
• Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and matrixed organization with a flat structure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders, build strong relationships, and manage differing viewpoints and priorities effectively.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, accounting for approximately 30-40% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing real estate transactions within a large multinational company, ideally a high-growth technology company.
• Prior experience in overseeing tenant improvement projects and knowledge of construction practices is a plus.
• Familiarity with negotiating real estate agreements of significant value across North and South America.

Compensation Description (Annually): The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $115200 - $180000 annually.
