? What You‘ll Do
* Oversee daily healthcare operations and support the delivery of quality patient care
* Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff and healthcare team members
* Help coordinate staffing, scheduling, and daily workflow to support facility needs
* Monitor compliance with established policies, procedures, and clinical protocols
* Support medication administration, nursing assessments, chronic care, and other essential healthcare services
* Promote accurate, timely documentation and appropriate follow-up on patient care needs
* Communicate with healthcare leadership and correctional facility personnel as needed
* Help maintain a safe, organized, and professional healthcare environment
* Respond to on-call needs and assist with clinical concerns outside regular working hours when required
* Practice in accordance with applicable licensure requirements, clinical standards, and SHP policies
