Registered Nurse

Mission Health in Asheville, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU). The RN provides high-acuity bedside care to critically ill adult patients, including complex assessments, hemodynamic monitoring, titration of vasoactive drips, ventilator management, and implementation of evidence-based care plans. Responsibilities include collaborating with intensivists and multidisciplinary teams, educating patients and families, maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring patient safety, and participating in quality and process-improvement initiatives.
