Registered Nurse

Signature HealthCARE of Rogersville seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality clinical care for residents in our skilled nursing and rehab center. Responsibilities include assessing resident conditions, administering medications and treatments, documenting care, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and educating residents and families. The RN will support care plans, promote safety and dignity, mentor CNAs, and help maintain regulatory compliance in a mission-driven, person-centered, team-focused environment.
