Registered Nurse - Transitional Care & Emergency Department

BJC HealthCare seeks a Clinical Nurse for our Transitional Care Unit and Emergency Department in St. Louis. In this role, you will deliver evidence-based nursing care to patients bridging ED and inpatient or post-acute settings. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, medication administration, monitoring complex conditions, coordinating transitions of care, and supporting ED flow when needed. You will educate patients and families, document in the EHR, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and uphold safety, quality, and patient experience standards in a mission-driven, learning-focused environment.
