Residential Support Staff- Direct Care - PRN

Schedule:

Days, Evenings and Overnights, 3 shifts per month

Location: Mill Spring, NC

Benefits:

Pay: Starting at $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Helps lead recreational, social, and cultural activities
• Encourages participation and can facilitate other activities as needed for residents who arent participating in the planned activities
• Support residents in their recovery plans and goals
• Fill in for our Lodge Advisors as needed
• Provides support in crisis management
• Completing documentation
• Assists with procedures such as urine drug screens, breathalyzer, and medication administration
• Transports and accompanies residents on community-based trips, outings, recreational, social, and cultural activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant experience working with adults with mental health challenges
• At least 21 years of age, current drivers license, and acceptable driving record to be covered by company insurance
