Residential Aide

Job Title

Residential Care Specialist 1 (RCS -I) or Personal Support Specialist (PSS) Certification required within 120 calendar days.

Placed on state registry within 120 calendar days.

Current BLS within 60 days and maintain current.

Possess knowledge of Medical Terminology

Minimum six months of previous experience in an acute care hospital, assisted living facility, or physician's office, preferred.

Compensation

Rumford Hospital offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $18.00 to $21.75. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
