Respiratory Therapist

As a Respiratory Therapist, you provide bedside cardiopulmonary care to patients in an acute care hospital setting. Working under physician direction, you assess respiratory status, manage ventilators, deliver medications and therapies, obtain and interpret diagnostic data, and ensure safe, reliable equipment use. You also educate patients and families, support clinical problem solving with the care team, and help maintain a safe environment for diverse patient populations.
