Respiratory Therapist RRT

As a Respiratory Therapist RRT, you provide respiratory care to neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients in an acute care hospital setting. You assess patients, manage mechanical ventilation, perform procedures such as arterial cannulation and endotracheal intubation within defined clinical privileges, and respond to emergent respiratory needs. You collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, patients, and families, document care accurately, and help orient new team members and students to respiratory care practice.
