Retail Sales Operator

Location: Mesa, AZ, US

Bringing Home the Dough Directs customer service and all retail sales outlet operations. This position is classified as hourly. The position requires demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect effect on product safety, legality, and/or quality. Requires constant interaction with the work group and other departments at the primary work location.

Rising to the Challenge: Position Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Inventories incoming product
• Inventories stock to meet consumer demand
• Maintains proper rotation and product freshness
• Directs stocking of shelves to set standards
• Maintains positive relationships with retail customers
• Operates cash register and accurately maintains and records sales receipts
• Maintains accurate records of inventories, etc.
• Serves as Lead person.
• Practice and comply with all Company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.)
• Performance of other duties that are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies, and procedures.

Knead to Know: Preferred Qualifications

One or more years of retail and/or customer service experience.

Essential Job Requirements

No educational prerequisite; however, one must have demonstrated the ability to read, write, perform basic math skills, and record information applicable to the job. Completion of formal management skills training program.

Salary Range- $18.58
