Seasonal Merchandising Associate

Maximize company sales growth and profitability by supporting the Store Management team with the receiving, handling, organizing and maintaining of system/physical inventory integrity. A Day in the Life as a Merchandising Associate at Hudson Grace... * Facilitate the physical and systemic movement of core merchandise * Perform weekly inventory cycle counts and work with the Assistant Store Manager to reconcile discrepancies * Support team to successfully meet project deadlines * Utilize the Lightspeed inventory system to receive orders/transfers, reference stock levels, reconcile count adjustments * Facilitate seasonal purge of discontinued products and receiving of new season's products * Maintain accurate labeling and organization of core and seasonal merchandise * Participate in the ongoing review and improvement of processes * Participate in the training of new hires * Clearly communicate anticipated challenges to ensure seamless collaboration with cross-functional partners * Promote a strong sense of teamwork by working together safely, effectively, respectfully and efficiently with all associates * Support and model excellent service by exhibiting a positive attitude and enthusiasm toward the job and the company to both internal and external customers in all forms of communication What you'll bring to the table... * Strong interpersonal skills * Ability to quickly adapt to new processes and systems We'd love to hear from you if you have... * 1+ years customer service, warehouse and/or merchandise handling experience.
