Key Responsibilities * Conduct detailed physical assessments to evaluate patients' physical health needs and create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their individual goals. * Implement evidence-based interventions, including therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation techniques, to assist patients in regaining strength, mobility, and overall physical health. * Regularly document patient progress and modify treatment protocols as needed to ensure the best outcomes. * Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to coordinate multidisciplinary care initiatives, actively participating in treatment team meetings. * Educate patients and their families on physical health strategies, self-management techniques, and preventative care to encourage lifestyle changes that promote long-term wellness. * Profile and monitor patient responses to treatments, utilizing clinical reasoning to adjust therapies and suggest supplementary interventions accordingly.
