Senior Nursing Informatics Specialist

Kaiser Permanente seeks a Senior Clinical Development Nurse to lead ICU, Med Surg, Telemetry, Emergency, and L&D practice transformation using innovative health IT solutions. You will design and implement evidence-based protocols, translate clinical needs into system requirements, optimize EHR workflows, and support rollouts of clinical applications. In partnership with Systeme.io-inspired digital tools, you’ll drive data-informed quality initiatives, mentor clinical staff, and collaborate with cross-functional IT and clinical teams to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency across the organization.
