We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong background in healthcare technology who can help lead the development of our next-generation healthcare scheduling platform. This is an opportunity to play a key role in building a technology product from the ground up, working closely with leadership, engineering, design, and healthcare industry stakeholders to create a scalable, intuitive, and highly effective scheduling solution. Position Overview The Senior Product Manager will own the strategy, development, and execution of Flexzo AI's scheduling product. The ideal candidate has significant experience developing healthcare software platforms, particularly products involving workforce scheduling, staff management, resource allocation, shift management, or healthcare operations. This individual will translate complex healthcare scheduling needs into practical technology solutions, establish product priorities, manage development roadmaps, and work directly with engineering teams to bring the product to market. We are looking for someone who understands how healthcare organizations operate and can turn real-world operational challenges into innovative software solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Development * Lead the strategy, vision, and roadmap for Flexzo AI's healthcare scheduling platform. * Drive product development from concept and requirements gathering through launch and ongoing optimization. * Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve healthcare scheduling and workforce management. * Translate business objectives and customer feedback into product requirements and development priorities. * Develop product specifications, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria. * Prioritize product features based on customer needs, business value, technical feasibility, and scalability. Healthcare Scheduling & Workflow Optimization * Design and develop scheduling capabilities that address the complexities of healthcare staffing. * Understand healthcare workforce scheduling requirements, including shift coverage, provider availability, credential requirements, scheduling conflicts, and last-minute staffing needs. * Help develop solutions for matching qualified healthcare professionals with open shifts and staffing requirements. * Build workflows that support healthcare facilities, staffing organizations, and healthcare professionals. * Identify opportunities to reduce manual scheduling processes through intelligent automation. * Ensure the platform supports a seamless experience for administrators, healthcare facilities, recruiters, and clinicians. Technology & Cross-Functional Collaboration * Work closely with software engineers, UX/UI designers, and technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle. * Collaborate with company leadership to align product development with Flexzo AI's business strategy. * Translate complex technical concepts into clear business and product requirements. * Participate in sprint planning, product reviews, testing, and release management. * Ensure products are user-friendly, scalable, reliable, and secure. * Evaluate integrations with existing healthcare systems, HR platforms, credentialing systems, and other relevant technologies. Customer & Market Research * Conduct research with healthcare organizations to understand scheduling challenges and operational needs. * Gather feedback from healthcare administrators, staffing managers, recruiters, and clinicians. * Analyze competing healthcare scheduling and workforce management platforms. * Identify market opportunities and product differentiation. * Use customer feedback and product analytics to continuously improve the platform. Product Performance & Execution * Establish product KPIs and success metrics. * Monitor product adoption, customer engagement, operational efficiency, and user satisfaction. * Manage product backlogs and development priorities. * Coordinate product testing, implementation, and launches. * Maintain clear product documentation and communicate progress to stakeholders. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. * Minimum of 5-7 years of product management experience. * Strong experience in healthcare technology, healthcare SaaS, or healthcare software development. * Demonstrated experience building or managing software products from concept through launch. * Experience with workforce management, healthcare scheduling, staffing platforms, or resource management software. * Strong understanding of healthcare operational workflows. * Experience working with software engineering and UX/UI development teams. * Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies. * Experience developing product roadmaps, user stories, product requirements, and feature specifications. * Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications * Experience developing healthcare workforce scheduling or staffing technology. * Familiarity with home health, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, outpatient therapy, or other healthcare environments. * Experience with AI-powered scheduling, automation, and intelligent workforce matching. * Knowledge of healthcare integrations, APIs, and interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR. * Familiarity with HIPAA requirements and healthcare data privacy. * Experience with healthcare SaaS platforms and multi-tenant software environments. * Experience taking an early-stage technology product from MVP through commercial launch.
