Lead a ground-up luxury residence valued at approximately $100M. Own project planning, budgets, schedules, and execution. Coordinate architects, designers, trades, and consultants. Manage client communication throughout the construction lifecycle. Maintain exacting standards for quality, finish, and delivery.

The successful applicant:

• Extensive luxury custom residential construction experience
• Delivered homes valued at $50M+; $80M+ strongly preferred
• Strong ground-up construction and high-end finishes expertise
• Proven leadership of complex project teams and subcontractors
• Polished communicator with Palm Beach County experience
