Slurry Technician

Position Summary Perform a detailed, repeatable manufacturing process requiring accuracy, consistency, and close attention to instructions. This role is suited for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to repeat established processes accurately and consistently. Essential Responsibilities * Perform assigned slurry production processes according to established procedures and work instructions. * Follow directions carefully and complete each process step accurately and consistently. * Measure, handle, and process production materials as instructed. * Repeat established processes with consistent technique and attention to detail. * Monitor work for process or quality concerns and report abnormalities promptly. * Complete required production documentation accurately. * Maintain a clean work area and follow safety, housekeeping, and PPE requirements. Qualifications * Strong attention to detail and ability to perform meticulous, repetitive process work. * Ability to follow written and verbal directions accurately. * Ability to consistently repeat established processes without unnecessary variation. * Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a production team. * Ability to work safely in a dusty manufacturing environment. Physical Requirements & Work Environment * Lift up to 50 pounds. * Stand and walk for extended periods. * Bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks. * Work in a dusty manufacturing environment. * Wear required PPE. Schedule * 1st Shift. * Weekend shifts may be required based on production needs.
