Speech Language Pathologist

Cross Country Education is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an elementary school assignment with Northshore School District. This position will serve a caseload of approximately 46 students and begins at 3-4 days per week through November 6, increasing to full-time through April 27.

Job Description: • Provide speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students.

• Assess, diagnose, and develop intervention plans for students with speech and language disorders.

• Participate in IEP development, progress monitoring, and compliance documentation.

• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.

• Manage a caseload of approximately 46 students.

Qualifications: • Current Speech-Language Pathologist credential/licensure required.

• Experience supporting school-age students preferred.

• Experience working with diverse learner populations preferred.

• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary educational team.
