Senior Project Manager

W.E. O'Neil is looking for a Senior Project Manager in Irvine to lead large, complex commercial, mixed-use, and multifamily projects with values of $200M and above. You'll own project delivery from preconstruction through closeout and lead the team that gets it done. This is a leadership role. You'll manage Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers, set the standard for how the team runs its jobs, and act as a trusted senior voice for the client. You'll also be involved in pursuits, interviews, and the early planning that shapes a project before work starts. This role reports to a Project Director, Project Executive, or Vice President of Operations, and works closely with clients, design teams, trade partners, field leadership, and company leadership.
