We are urgently hiring a Senior Commercial Superintendent to lead on-site operations in Columbus, OH. You will partner with our project team to ensure we deliver a high-quality buildon time and on budget.

Drive Project Success: Work closely with the project team to deliver a quality project on time and within budget.

Manage Materials: Coordinate materials to match field and design requirements.

Track Timelines: Monitor and manage material lead time tracking.

Review Drawings: Lead coordination drawing reviews to ensure accuracy.

Software Skills: Bluebeam experience is required.

Material Tracking: Proven experience with material lead time tracking is required.

Commercial Experience: Strong background as a Superintendent in commercial construction.

$125,000 $165,000 base salary
