Join a surgical services team in New Orleans for a night-shift travel assignment beginning 10/26/2026. Earn $30.15 per hour, receive weekly direct deposit and comprehensive W-2 medical benefits, and work a consistent 3x12-hour schedule through 01/25/2027.

Shift: Nights, 3x12-hour shifts; 6:00 PM6:30 AM

Hours/Week: 36

Employment Type: Travel assignment

License/Certs: CRCST or CSPDT required

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a Level I or Level II hospital; first-time travelers are not eligible

What You'll Do

  • Support sterile processing operations for surgical services.
  • Decontaminate, inspect, assemble, and prepare surgical instruments and equipment.
  • Operate sterilization and specialized processing equipment.
  • Use sterilizers, Sterrad machines, and ultrasonic equipment, including CaviWave, Medisafe, or Belimed systems.
  • Follow established procedures for instrument processing and sterile supply preparation.
  • Help ensure processed items are ready for use in surgical settings.
  • Maintain accurate, trackable work practices while supporting safe and efficient department operations.

What You Need

Required:
  • CRCST or CSPDT certification
  • At least 3 years of sterile processing experience in a Level I or Level II hospital
  • Experience with sterile processing equipment and workflows
  • Trackable work history
  • Ability to work the scheduled night shift
Preferred:
  • Experience with Sterrad machines and ultrasonic equipment such as CaviWave, Medisafe, or Belimed systems
