Substance Use Recovery Coordinator

Establish and coordinate a local Recovery Oriented Systems of Care council in the Peoria area. Build community partnerships, connect people affected by substance use or co-occurring conditions with resources, coordinate care transitions, collaborate with behavioral health professionals, and document grant-funded services.
