Seeking a Service Sprinkler Superintendent to lead field operations across service, repair, and installation projects. This role is critical to ensuring jobs are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations for the sprinkler team.
• Manage job schedules, manpower, materials, and coordination.
• Ensure all work meets NFPA codes and local regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop field crews.
• Maintain strong communication with project managers and clients.
• Enforce job-site safety standards and company protocols.
• Troubleshoot field challenges and implement solutions quickly.
• Conduct quality control checks and ensure proper documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fire sprinkler systems, with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and fire codes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple crews and job sites.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• NICET certification preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and accountability.
