Supervisor

Carle Health is seeking a Supervisor (CADC required) to lead our substance use treatment team in a community-focused healthcare setting. In this role, you will oversee CADC counseling staff, manage daily clinic operations, and ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered addiction services. Responsibilities include clinical oversight, staff scheduling, coaching, and performance feedback, as well as maintaining accurate documentation and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes while supporting innovation, teamwork, and professional development opportunities.
