Surgical Services Nurse Manager

Leads daily operations for a high-volume surgical services department, overseeing clinical resources, staff, quality and regulatory compliance. Integrates clinical, human resource and financial data into operational decisions and promotes evidence-based nursing care. Requires a current North Carolina RN license, BLS certification, and five years of recent nursing experience, including relevant hospital experience and demonstrated leadership skills.
