This field-based role plays a key part in ensuring safe, compliant, and well-supported School Crossing Guard programs while serving as a trusted leader in the community.What You'll DoField-based leadership role reporting to an assigned managerCoordinate schedules and daily operations for assigned Area and Lead SupervisorsEnsure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standardsConduct field observations and ensure timely, accurate Site Performance EvaluationsHire, train, and support the professional development of Area SupervisorsDay travel to nearby towns to support & mentor Area SupervisorsServe as a liaison with school and/or city officials when requestedMaintain inventory control and storage of field equipment and suppliesAttend all required staff meetingsWhat We're Looking ForStrong leadership, organization, and communication skillsSelf-motivated, dependable, and capable of managing an assigned areaReliable transportation with active automobile insuranceAbility to lift and transport equipment up to 20 lbsApplicants must live within Los Angeles CountyMust successfully complete fingerprinting and/or drug/alcohol screening and maintain a record free of serious offenses2-3 years or more of supervisory experienceWork Expectations & ComplianceOff-the-clock work is not required or permitted; prior approval is required for hours beyond budgeted limitsCompany-issued devices must be used for timekeeping, mileage tracking, and work-related duties onlyEmployees are responsible for tracking work hours and complying with legal rest and meal period requirementsCompany-issued devices must remain off outside scheduled work hoursPay & Benefits$24.00 - $25.00 per hour, 8 hours per dayEligible for annual bonusAutomobile mileage reimbursement provided using the company tracking systemAdditional InformationThis is a seasonal position aligned with school schedules. School holidays, weather closures, non-student days, and summer break are considered off-season.
