Position Overview

UF Health Medical Group Central Florida is seeking a Board-Certified Gynecology Surgeon to join our growing Women's Services team in The Villages, Florida. This is a unique opportunity to help establish and grow a new gynecology focused service line within one of Florida's premier health systems while benefiting from the resources, reputation, and clinical excellence of UF Health Central Florida.

Backed by the strength and reputation of UF Health, this position offers the resources and collaborative support needed to deliver exceptional care. Providers will benefit from close collaboration with the UF Health Gainesville Dept of Gynecology while helping to shape and expand services across high-demand communities. Located in beautiful Central Florida, this is a unique opportunity to join a nationally recognized academic health system while practicing in one of Florida's most desirable coastal regions.

Position Responsibilities:

* Gynecology-only practice

* No OB responsibilities

* No call

* Join a newly developing gynecology service line within the Women's Services program

* Collaborative partnership with established Urogynecology providers

* Primary practice location in The Villages, Florida

* Flexible schedule of 4 to 4.5 clinical days per week

* 0.5 day dedicated administrative and/or OR block time

* Supportive leadership committed to building a patient-centered women's health program

* Opportunity to help shape clinical pathways, program growth, and regional outreach initiatives
