Urgent Care Physician – $340K–$365K + Sign-On Bonus | San Francisco, CA

Sutter West Bay Medical Group (SWBMG) is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urgent Care Physician to join our collaborative, physician-led team in San Francisco, California.

This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a modern ambulatory urgent care setting with strong clinical and operational support. Provide comprehensive care for patients across the lifespan while working alongside a dedicated team of physicians and advanced practice clinicians.

Position Highlights

• Annual salary: $340,000-$365,000

• Sign-on bonus

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat non-emergent acute illnesses and minor injuries in patients ages 3 months and older

• Provide care for patients across the lifespan

• Perform and interpret diagnostic testing, including laboratory studies, EKGs, and imaging

• Perform in-office procedures consistent with urgent care practice

• Collaborate with and supervise advanced practice clinicians in a team-based care model

• Coordinate referrals and escalate care when clinically appropriate

• Practice within a highly respected, physician-led medical group

• Fully integrated Epic electronic medical record (EHR)

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or a related specialty

• Board Certified or Board Eligible

• Urgent care, emergency medicine, or ambulatory acute care experience required
