A well-respected regional CPA and advisory firm is hiring an Assurance Senior Manager (Audit Senior Manager) in the Sylvania area. You'll join a respected team serving a wide range of clients, with the support and visibility to keep building your career.

What you'll do:

• Lead audit, review and other assurance engagements from planning through wrap-up
• Build engagement plans, programs and budgets; manage to timeline and profitability
• Own day-to-day client relationships and present findings to client leadership
• Supervise, mentor and develop seniors, staff and interns
• Support business development and new engagement pursuits
• Help shape practice strategy and operations alongside firm leadership

What you bring:

• Active CPA license
• About 7+ years of financial audit experience in public accounting, including management
• Proven client-relationship and team-leadership track record

Pay: $145K - $170K + bonus potential
