Position Overview
Our client, an established heavy civil contractor, is looking for a Business Development Manager - Heavy Civil to join their team in the Southeast Michigan (Ann Arbor / Livingston County) area. This is a permanent, full-time role.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with owners, GCs, engineers and agencies
- Find and pursue new project opportunities
- Manage a pipeline and support estimating on pursuits
- Represent the company at industry events
Qualifications
- 7+ years of business development or operations in heavy civil
- Established industry relationships
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Compensation
- Base salary: $200,000 - $225,000
- Strong benefits package
