Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our team in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Unit Type: Long-Term Care (LTC) Number of Beds: 40

Shift: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM

Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Every Other Weekend (EOW) required

Floating within the same building may be required

Common Patient Diagnoses:

  • Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
  • Orthopedic Conditions
  • Dementia
  • Memory Care

Specialty Equipment:

  • Wound Vacs

Qualifications:

  • Active New York Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) license
  • Current BLS certification
  • 1+ years of experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), specifically PointClick Care
  • Valid Driver's License with an address matching demographic information

Additional Requirements:

Fingerprinting may be necessary as part of the hiring process.
