CNA LTC/SNF

Job Summary: Provides essential support to patients and nursing staff in a long-term care setting. Performs transportation, assistance with daily activities, medication administration, and safety checks to promote occupant well-being and safety.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assist patients with activities of daily living and mobility needs.
  
• 
  Transport patients safely within the facility and to external appointments.
  
• 
  Administer medications following proper protocols and documentation.
  
• 
  Conduct regular safety checks to ensure a secure environment.
  
• 
  Support social-emotional well-being by engaging with occupants.
  
• 
  Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure quality patient care.
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Current Washington State Certified Nursing Aide license in good standing.
  
• 
  Valid CPR and First Aid Certification.
  
• 
  Certification of Nurse Delegation for Nursing Assistants.
  
• 
  Demonstrated experience in long-term care preferred.
  
• 
  Knowledge of PointClickCare (PCC) EMR system preferred.
  
• 
  Minimum of 18 years of age and high school diploma or GED.
