Key Responsibilities of the CNA:

• Assist patients with daily activities and provide exceptional care in a rehabilitation setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement patient care plans
• Effectively document patient information using Point Click Care
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients within the center

Requirements of the CNA:

• New York CNA license
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience
• Experience in a rehabilitation nursing center and long-term care (LTC)
• Proficiency with Point Click Care
