Job Description:
Insight Global is looking for a Project Coordinator to join one of their Retail pharmacy clients. This person will serve as the central point of coordination for a corporate facilities operations team, supporting maintenance activities, workplace services, vendors, projects, and office support functions. They will work closely with the Facilities Supervisor, internal business partners, and third-party vendors to ensure facility requests and workplace needs are handled efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities include managing service requests, coordinating vendor activity, scheduling maintenance work, supporting conference room and event setup needs, maintaining records and reports, and providing communication updates to stakeholders. This individual will help ensure requests are completed on time, escalations are handled appropriately, and day-to-day operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-service oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities. They should be able to communicate effectively with employees at all levels, coordinate across teams, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to a positive workplace experience.
Compensation $30-$40/hour Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
