About the Clinician's Workday
Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to an adult patient population at an on-site clinic, working 40 hours per week on a day shift schedule Monday through Saturday, with flexible scheduling options including four 10-hour shifts. Appointment blocks are currently 15 minutes and are scheduled to transition to 30-minute blocks upon new clinician arrival; administrative time is incorporated into the schedule. The patient population consists of adults with a high prevalence of complex comorbidities, oncology-related conditions, and multilingual backgrounds - primarily Spanish, Haitian Creole, and Hindi - and clinicians must be comfortable utilizing translation services. Clinical documentation is managed through EPIC; board certification, DEA registration, and prescriptive authority are required, and experience with oncology patients is preferred.
