Key Responsibilities * Conduct thorough assessments of patients, taking into consideration their physical capabilities and mental health status, in order to create tailored rehabilitation programs. * Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions, including but not limited to manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training. * Work closely with other clinicians to develop cohesive treatment plans that encompass both physical and mental health goals. * Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as necessary based on quantifiable outcomes. * Document all patient interactions and treatment plans in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems. * Educate patients and their families about home exercises and strategies to improve mobility and reduce pain. * Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and peer reviews to ensure the delivery of the highest standard of care. * Stay current with best practices in physical therapy through continuous professional development and training opportunities. Compensation and Benefits This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
