We operate on a Monday to Friday schedule, typically from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility in hours based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities * Conduct thorough physical health assessments upon patient intake to identify needs and establish treatment protocols. * Design and implement individualized treatment plans focused on physical rehabilitation and overall health improvement. * Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education on lifestyle modifications. * Document patient progress and adapt treatment strategies based on ongoing evaluations and outcomes. * Engage in regular interdisciplinary team meetings to optimize coordinated patient care involving psychologists, physical trainers, and other healthcare providers. * Participate in professional education and training regarding emerging trends and best practices in physical therapy. * Respond effectively to patient inquiries and provide guidance throughout their therapy journey, ensuring clarity and support. * Maintain compliance with health regulations and ensure patient confidentiality in all documentation. Patient Population / Client Focus You will primarily work with a diverse patient population experiencing a spectrum of physical health challenges, including recovery from injury, chronic pain management, and conditions requiring rehabilitation. Your role will be instrumental in empowering patients through education, therapeutic interventions, and setting tangible recovery goals. Qualifications * A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution. * Current and valid physical therapist licensure in the state of California. * Strong understanding of physical rehabilitation techniques and patient care methodologies. * Excellent assessment and problem-solving skills, enabling the effective development of treatment plans. * Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage patient information and documentation. * Effective communication skills with a focus on active listening to foster patient rapport and understanding. * Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Compensation and Benefits This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
